You know what is really messed up about this and really really pisses me off?

Christianity, as I understand it, got it's name from the teachings of Christ. From what I can recall reading about Christ and what he taught (regardless of if you hold it as truth or fiction) I don't think he would want anything to do with this. If I recall correctly, a prostitute was about to be stoned to death and he said (paraphrase) "let he who is without guilt cast the first stone". I think that prostitute became a close friend of his and was even there when he died. He spent his whole life befriending the people who were considered "immoral by public standards" and rebuked those in power.

So now, we have a bunch of assclowns judging what they find immoral in his name and trying to go so far as to condemn people who died a horrible death in the faces of the families who are just trying to mourn and get their lives back together.

Now wonder so many people are anti-christian. I don't really give a sh*t what your religion or your personal beliefs are. I don't give a flying f**k if you think the stories in the bible really happened or are just a myth.

If you want to take up a cause you believe in, at least do your forking research and get your story straight before you try to cite and reference to back your cause.

And please don't try to quote leviticus to counter my point. I don't remember Christ's name being brought up anywhere in that time period.

maybe one day kids will stop picking on the unfortunate. then the unfortunate wont be so messed up that they think this is the answer.

I have to agree here...people are going to do things like this regardless of being picked on, rich, poor, outsiders or insiders. Some people just have trouble dealing with their life and decide to do something about it...sometimes positive and sometimes negative...

so you are saying that your life wouldnt be any better if that didnt happen to you? Or if by some miracle somebody stepped in one day and made it stop?

I didnt say it was an excuse, it is just part of the problem. We are so quick to solve things these days without searching for the beginning of the issue, rather a quick fix. Why not punish the assholes that pick on kids early on, instead of just beefing up security in the schools. That one boy who finally had enough and snapped is just as important as the 30+ he killed.

Getting picked on may have but just one piece of his messed up puzzle but it might have been the piece that would have saved those 30+ lives.

You cannot remove a weed by simply cutting off the visible part. You must removed it all starting at the root.
