I'm really digging the Conley and DGary tunes. Connection to the Migraines' seems to be failing for me right now...

Oh, and if you dig Gospel music, there's a fairly decent version of Joy to The World with my church's worship band on my personal myspace. That's me plunking on the bass guitar.

Thank you to Jon Gillespie. And to Phil Potts, it's my favorite guitar solo on any song I've ever been involved with.

Beautiful!

Is somebody keeping tabs on all of these? We should be.

Proxify.com...

I would also like to mention I am soon to be setting up a proxy portal for anyone that is unfortunately blocked from sites like FortWayneMusic.com. It will help you all get 'around' the net...;)

I would also like to mention....and let me start by saying...since a member of this particular band apparently thinks that we, members of this website, have no clue about music and the 'scene' on here I could be wrong...so don't hold me to this...

I heard DG's 'we three kings' tonight and it kicked ass...I even had to call in and give Hammer props for the effort and the love he is showing the local scene on 92.3. Of course what do I know...

But once again let me remind you that I apparenlty have no clue what I am talking about in the music scene here in town and have contributed NOTHING to it for 7 years for this song could in fact SUCK...;) Of course what do I know?

And Zach...since I know you will be reading this on another account since you aren't using YOUR account to log in and read posts...I jest...:-D

Oh..and others that don't come here anymore...that are also reading this under other accounts...same goes to you...I jest...:P

Well, that's not my call... I'm not sure whose it is. I'll mention it. I'm not sure how they'd respond to that though. The sax player and drummer on that tune are amazing players. Skip used to play Club Soda quite a bit with Ron Barber and still gigs with Pop-n-Fresh occasionally along with other sit in gigs. Killer sax man. Lalo's playing drums with Ty Causey's band. The male lead vocalist lives in North Carolina now, unfortunately. The female lead is one of our worship leaders - pastor's wife too. I can't remember who was playing lead guitar or keys on that...

At any rate, like I've said before, some of the best musicians in this town play in church on Sunday morning. You want to hear some serious funk? Get to Progressive Baptist on a Sunday morning sometime! WOW!!!! You might want to plan on being there for a while though... The holy ghost gets rolling in that joint and who knows how long you'll be having church.

Thanx, man! I have no idea what happened. It was downloadable (if that's a real word) one day and not the next. Flippin' myspace, anyhoo.

Glad you liked the tune.

By the way, that's Mark Turney of ONG fame on keys, harp, and digereedoo (sp?). He's sort of our Billy Preston.

Peace,
Shawn

Brad--

*I* know whose call it is. Unless one of the players has an objection.

Bring it.

No really. Bring it by the station. The sooner the better. I'm scheduling Christmas weekend now.

Do it. Do it.
