I feel bipolar...I keep going back and forth between:
Mazzy Star - So Tonight That I Might See
and
Funker Vogt - Survivor
In general, I've been on a composer kick lately. -Can't seem to get enough of Shostakovich, Ravel, Rachmaninoff, Prokofiev, etc.
"If there's a child on the south side of Chicago who can't read, that matters to me, even if it's not my child. If there's a senior citizen somewhere who can't pay for her prescription and has to choose between medicine and the rent, that makes my life poorer, even if it's not my grandmother. If there's an Arab American family being rounded up without benefit of an attorney or due process, that threatens my civil liberties."
I've got a medley of locals floating through the tape deck...
D. Gary - The New Deal
Left Lane Cruiser - Slingshot & Gettin Down On It
Matthew Sturm - Unspoken Conversations

[b]Okay, think of what little patience I have as, oh, I don't know, your virginity. You always thought it would be there, until that night Junior Year when you were feeling a little down about yourself and your pal Kevin, who just wanted to be friends, well, he dropped by and he brought a copy of About Last Night and a four-pack of Bartels & James and woo hoo hoo, it was gone forever - just like my patience is now.
