stuffed cabbage w/bacon and onions...topped with bbq sauce and some butter...coated the cabbage with bacon grease...cook on indirect heat for 90 minutes, rotating occasionally (make an aluminum foil ring to set the cabbage on making it easier to maneuver) until you can stick a skewer through the cabbage with little or no resistance

Sam's club has a deal going on the best Brats I have ever had. They are actually calling them sausage, but they are brats just the same.

They are Spinach, Aseago Cheese, Chicken brats...

WOW...nuff said....with the usual topping and Jalopeno Mustard...the best...I am addicted.
