We went thru DiscMakers. We paid $1900 for 1140 discs. They were full color, all recycled cardboard, full color on disc print. We were 100% happy with their job.

Discmakers.....1000 cd's for $1190...check their specials online. We use them exclusively and have never had a problem.

I've had excellent service from both Oasis CD for full color "retail ready" stuff, and mass CD-R duplication locally by AHLMedia, out near the old Harvester complex.

I use Ahlmedia for work all the time, they do good work and are local. check their website for prices. Also, they just moved to an office right next to the Clark gas station on Coliseum at Lake. I've also been happy with Sweetwater's work and pricing.

After an early disappointment with Discmakers (about five years ago), I recently returned to them and have had a great experience -- locally doing all of the Minton/Possum projects with them, Conley, Trainhoppers, etc. We did Sturm and Go Dog Go with a company called Furnace, who are tremendous and the best for the art director, because they focus on exceptional materials and print quality, but they are more expensive. Everything else goes through MCOM and Ross-Ellis.

I've always found you get what you pay for, in general, except with Discmakers, who are priced below their quality. In that sense they are the Target of replication -- a big, hairy, ugly corporate monster, yes, but one of high quality and good prices.

cd duplication/replication

Post by bigmic »

Since they are local in Fort Wayne, I would highly recommend Ahlmedia. They have a very competitive price, good turn time and great service. They offer full service duplication and replication so they can do everything you need. There prices are often very competitive with discmakers and you can avoid some of the shipping costs because you can pick it up.

check out their pricing at http://www.ahlmedia.com
