Police Tribute Band - What songs do you want to hear?

Post by bassjones »

Okay, so it looks like this thing might just take off. What songs would you want to hear if you were to pay to hear a really good Police tribute band?

Holy crap...need a guitarist? :)

Chronologically:

Roxanne
Message in a Bottle
Driven to Tears
Walking on the Moon
The Bed is too big without you
Don't Stand So Close to me
Driven to Tears
When the World is coming down, you make the best of what's still around (?)
De do do do de da da da
Shadows in the Rain
Spirits in the Material World
Every Little thing she does is Magic
Demolition Man
Omega Man
Darkness
Synchronicity I and II
Oh my God
King of Pain
Murder by Numbers

But that is just all of my favorite police tunes. :)

I didn't realize how many singles they had until I typed those tunes out. That's nearly half of their tunes too. haha.

They write great pop though, what can I say?

What about

On Any Other Day
Next To You
Hole In My Life
Canary In a Colemine

and, my personal favorite...

Man in a Suitcase.
Many Shubs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Sloar that day I can tell you.
