alright i finally got adobe photoshop back and these are the first 3 things i made... some sigs for some graphics websites...

i made this w/ a rly experimental approach so its kinda weird.

For a simple easy border...

SELECT>all

EDIT> copy merged

FILE> new

EDIT> paste

you now have a flattened version of your layered image.

LAYER>NEW> new layer from background

LAYER> LAYER STYLE> stroke

then you simply select the color, width, and style of the border you want.
