Linkedin has a new group for musicians, sound people, promotors etc... It is less than 4 days old.
Pretty much it is a profile listing page so you can look for contacts.

There are only about 12 people so far, including musicians from Canada and the UK.
Oh yea - the important part - you don't have to pay anything....
