Its simple you don’t suck but in the words of shaq all those jellies punks cant stop my dunks
They know your good and they are jellies punks they hate you because they don’t want any competition
just get used to competition it is a part of life
i voted agenst you but I think the things you say are funny as hell
first off i never said i hate you, just your music and attitude. and i said im not trying to be a jackass bout it, but its kinda hard when you are such a jackass to everyone else. and i guess i was wrong in saying i hate your music, i just strongly dislike it, but thats cuz i listen to much different music. and its obvious im not the only one that thinks you need to change your attitude on here, especially if you want people to come to your shows, if you get many shows. well, im tired of talking bout this. i dont hate you, and i just dont like your music, but you dont like mine either, so its all done and done. let it rest with peace, its the only missing thing in this world.
I get alot of flames too, my man. I believe in telling the truth as i see it, but most people are not used to that, and don't want the truth. I get so tired of seeing good reviews for every damn show i read about. If we were all that good we wouldn't have time to post on this board. Very few people can honestly state their opinions without resorting to "that sucks" and "i hate you". To me, those responses are just easier than giving the issue some thought and posting a well thought-out critique. Hating NEVER got ANYONE anywhere.
Sure there are alot of bands i just don't care for, but posting hate messages just because you personally don't get into a bands music... thats just childish.
Just ignore the haters- they only do it to try to build themselves up.
Only listen to the people that support you, your music, and your dream. Don't waste your time and energy trying to get haters on your side, WHY WOULD YOU WANT THEM THERE ANYWAY?
Keep the chin up, f**k the haters and posers, and keep writing great original music that YOU love, and never stop following the dream
well if youre looking for reasons or thought out posts on why i dont like your music, then you can have it. the recordings that ive listened to sounded boring (the riffs werent bad, but it was kinda repetitive) and the lyrics made it sound like you didnt take musi serious at all. i understand there are bands out there mixing humor and music which isnt a bad idea, but they way you were mixing humor and music sounded like it was all inside jokes. at least in my opinion, they sounded like inside jokes within your band. i guess its fine if you want to make music for yourself, which most would agree they do, but if you are going to post the songs or play shows you should make the lyrics more understanding to why its funny. the main reason i didnt like it was because it reminded me of something phil (pinkbunniesjump5) would do. but i do respect that you are just trying to help out the scene and providing music and bands to do so. so in all i guess i give you my apologize for not being more straightforward and responding more negatively than anything.
i'm not sure i have ever heard your music, where can i find it agatha?
we dont have anything recently posted, we will be posting new songs on our purevolume soon, ignore anything you will hear on there. the stuff on purevolume is all old and we now have a new bassist and a singer, so the band has completely changed.
like i said those songs are just demos. but only a few are funny, or supposed to be that is. libra in a taurus, maybe firefly, beforetakeoff. the other ones are pretty serious in my opinion, being the lyricist. i didn take a lot of time recording the lyrics, big surprise, they aren't great, but its a start. anyways we're hopin to record drums soon, hopefully tomorrow
as for the music being repetitive, most of the songs are verse chorus bridge. pretty general. some solos. i like them to be organized like most musicians. some metalists'll play a riff for like 8 measures, play a slightly different one for 8 more, then another one, so on and so forth, i want the crowd to hear the first riff, get to know it, then be ready when it comes back around, so they can get into it. i think thats why most music is written that way. it makes for better songs than just changing up all the time
