I'll admit to being a HUGE Cure fan, but their performance was kind of disappointing. But, Robert Smith is getting pretty damn old and it was an all-day festival in the middle of the desert in 200 degree weather with no shade.

I wish I would've caught them when they played Nashville back when I was in high school.... better late than never, I suppose.

Prefuse73, Sage Francis, Broken Social Scene, Le Tigre and Adam Freeland were awesome, though.

If I could travel back in time I would go see them on every tour Disintegration and after. :) Especially the trilogy shows....I still envy that you've seen them, disappointing, or not. :)

Also, NYC on three occasions, for Ryan Adams, Steve Forbert and (next month) You Am I. I assume Newport is farther?

[b]Okay, think of what little patience I have as, oh, I don't know, your virginity. You always thought it would be there, until that night Junior Year when you were feeling a little down about yourself and your pal Kevin, who just wanted to be friends, well, he dropped by and he brought a copy of About Last Night and a four-pack of Bartels & James and woo hoo hoo, it was gone forever - just like my patience is now.
