That new Mastrodon album is awesome. It's quite a concept work akin to 'Leviathon' but new subject matter.

After I listen to the Mars, I will be steadily rocking that Mastodon, for sure.

I love sh*t that rocks me the right way.

I read some guy's review of the new Mars album and he said, "It does what was once thought impossible, it makes 'Frances the Mute' look good, and FTM f*ckin' sucked." or something to that effect. Which led me to think, why the Helll would you buy an album from a band that you clearly do not like in the first place? Laughable, man. I love it when guys that have ex-girlfriends who listen to Mars Volta try and bring them down on the internet because they can't deal with their "feelings".

I really like the album Frances the Mute. It's a good album for me to work to.

Yeah, I read about that too. But whoever they go tto replace him is just as good if not cleaner and crisper in his delivery. Theodore is monsterous though.

Damn, you're right about that, I read a press release that said it was a different drummer than Theodore on the album, but the liner notes hold the truth.

i would like to see them on this tour with the Chili Peppers, Frusciante is supposed to pop out and rock on the tracks that he's been involved with on their albums. Flea is also supposed to lay down some trumpet with them.
