Sepultura, Modest Mouse (I'm giving them a first listen as we type), and Zepp, the BBC Sessions.
When the rivers and air are polluted, when families and nations are at war, when homeless wanderers fill the highways, these are traditional signs of a dark age. Another is that people become poisoned by self-doubt and become cowards.

I have two questions for you:

A.) Where did you get that DVD?

and

B.) When are you going to let me borrow it?
Many Shubs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Sloar that day I can tell you.

The Nickel is gettin' hip to the Concert DVD game, we are currently bringing in several fresh titles, and I had to have this one!

And you can watch it under my supervision very soon, Sting's jacket is atrocious though.

Attitude:
'What were you thinking? What a wonderful world,
You're full of sh*t....
Live your life not the way they taught you
Do what you feel.'

F*CK YEAH. That's my "Look at me, I'm excited about driving to work where I'll deal with crappy customers for 8 hours" song.

Aimee Mann, Sepultura (still), Zepp (still), and Raffi, because I'm learning the songs to play for my niece.

I was reading his book and I seriously haven't touched it in a year because it was soooo egotistical even after several chapters. But I do love the music of Sting and The Police.

I'm listening to Madonna's Confessions on a Dancefloor again.
"If there's a child on the south side of Chicago who can't read, that matters to me, even if it's not my child. If there's a senior citizen somewhere who can't pay for her prescription and has to choose between medicine and the rent, that makes my life poorer, even if it's not my grandmother. If there's an Arab American family being rounded up without benefit of an attorney or due process, that threatens my civil liberties."

Interesting, I just bought that book today.
"My friend says he wants to die. He's in a band, they sound like Pearl Jam, the clothes are all black and the music is crap."
