We are well established and working. We are currently booking next years shows, so work will be steady. Some travel in the Midwest is required. Heaviest time is through the summer, when dates are booked sometimes through the week as well as on weekends. Personality, Stage Presence, and a good Work Ethic are as important as your guitar abilities. This will be a quick change, and we don't have time to waste on someone who isn't serious about their work. The person you are replacing is leaving for work reasons, so this isn't a hostile take over.

We book around 80 - 100 shows a year so that really only averages out to twice a week. The throught the week shows mainly in the summer are fairs and festivals, usually within the state, so you can be at work the next morning most of the time. We do use some vacation off and on throught the year to day a few 2 - 3 day runs on the road, but only if everyone can swing the time off. We usualy do play every weekend, and if we are going to be gone a few days at a time, we try and do it on the weekends.

There has to be someone out there that would love to jump all over this. I know this is mostly a harder rock site but this band is f$%ing awesome. It would be a great opportunity for someone. If I could play to that level I would be all over it.
Good luck in your search guys.

It's better to be hated for who you are then loved for who you're not.
