Coming out of retirement to destroy the music industry!

I'm new to the area and would like to put together a hardcore metal/punk band. Influences vary from The Misfits, Marilyn Manson, Ministry, The Refused, White Zombie, The Dead Kennedys, and more. I have about 6 or 7 years experience with serious bands. I can play bass but would much rather just sing. I have'nt made music consistantly in a few years, but am very serious about a new project. I have a very good contact in the indianapolis metal scene, and could possibly get gigs in indy if the sound is right. i would like to hear what you all are about. i'm making my return to the area on monday so i can't really make plans til then. i just turned 26 today and like i said i have quite a bit of experience. i do have one small problem, i don't drive, but if your sound fits i am more then willing to find a sh*tty apartment in the fort. i'll try to get ahold of you next week, if i don't post something here and i'll get back. and don't ever forget....................your government hates you.
