Start a band?
I am a relatively inexperienced guitar player looking for a drummer and a bass player to jam with. Some of my influences are Local H, Pixies, Alkaline Trio, SmokingPopes, The Get Up Kids, Hey Mercedes, Smashing Pumpkins...I've got my own space to jam so if you want to get together and play pm me.
Our band PLEASING MELANI needs a rythem guitar player, we practice EVERY tue. & thur. at 9:00pm and we gig pretty much every weekend.
We are recording in october\november and have a west coast tour in the works for march o8'
Our influences are , The pogous , Primus , Rancid , Tom Waits ,
We are not looking for a part time guitarist, We need someone who puts there music FIRST. Call me at ANY time if interested.

Been out of circulation for a while, but wanna get back in. I've heard you guys play, and I'd be down full-time(I work from home:)). I believed I played a gig with you guys a couple years ago at Legends(was in a band called Ekranoplan at the time.)
I'm 30yo into funk, punk, jazz, classic rock, oldies, and whatever else hits me. Main strengths are writing originals (and original parts) and improvising. I'm not into blazing fast guitar solos, but other than that I know my way around a chord.
