Cowherd is saying that the Colts had the officials making all of the calls in their favor.

that pass interference call on Moss was ridiculously bad. the lack of pass interference on a couple of other plays for the Pats was also questionable. The one that Brady was ripping that ref for in the first half was a terrible no-call.

Mostly, I thought it was a well-officiated game though.

Yep.

If you think either Brady or Manning could hold Joe Montana's jock you would be sadly mistaken.

The part about Manning being a bad player was a jab, I don't like the squeaky clean nerd image. He is statistically a good player, just get back to me when he can wear 4 rings.

And if you want to doubt my football credibility, try me. I have played the game over half of my life and can actually grasp a concept such as a player intentionally going down rather than out of bounds. That was an easy call.

p.s. 5 is better than 1 (or 2 if you count the old town)

p.s.s. It is better to have a past to talk about than a flash in the pan.

I beg to differ. I was in San Francisco last weekend and then flew to Hawaii from there. There were far more queers in Hawaii than in SF.

And the nachos at Candlestick are the best nachos of any NFL stadium I have been to. I have been to RCA, Ford Field, Soldier Field, Cinergy, and Paul Brown Stadium. So there.

You're kidding right? Don't get me wrong, Montona's certainly top 5 all-time, but Brady should get his 4th ring this year, and who knows how many more. Manning's stats will blow everyone esle away by the time he's done. Both Manning and Brady have far stronger arms than Montana, and both are more mobile. Both also have more responsibility for playcalling on the field, especially Manning, and both are facing far more sophisticated defensive schemes than Montana had to face back in the day. Once these two are done playing it will be a debate over which of them was better and everyone else will be discussed as a potential #3.

I would certainly line any of the great Steeler teams up against any of the Niner teams......BTW.........Pittsburgh has won 5 of those trophies too.

I like Brady. I am a U of M fan. I would regard him to be on par with Montana. But if you talk about stats Marino would have to be one of the best, even though he couldn't win the big game.
