This is the beginning of a mockup I was working on. The image is big, so if you have dial-up, it may take a minute.

Any of you graphic artists who have some suggestions, please post them here.

I am looking for a title bar navigation and I'm drawing a blank. I'm going to hit good-tutorials.com and tutorialized.com to see if I can find any there. If you have links to good tuts, toss them up.

Rock on, and thanks to Ollie for the photo! It was the color scheme inspiration for this idea. Kick ass man!

Love it. Are you going to make the right hand side box a menu? I like the blurry stripes. I think you should continue that theme throughout the site.

Oh, and maybe add some puppies.

I am pretty sure that I'm going to do something on the right hand side, but I may do it in Flash and have it animated. I'm drawing a blank on a header, though, and the header will help determine the design of the right hand nav as well.

I LOVE the blurry lines bit. I do that a lot in my designs. I can't really say why. It's a very easy thing to to in pshop. Just use the marquee tool on the 1 pixel vertical setting to select a column of pixels, press CTRL+T and then stretch the image out. It's a nice effect, but you have to smudge and blur the line sometimes or it looks to harsh.

Thanks for your comments. I don't think you'll see any puppies, unless you mean that as a euphemism for some of your models' pieces parts. (i.e. "did you see the puppies on Krieves' last model? I've been barking ever since.")
