I have a few problems with this link. First off it's on a blog; which I find good for interesting prespectives; but not for news. Journalists are at least suspossed to have a neutral bias when reporting. Also it's over 2 years old and I couldn't verify this story with any other sources.
Also this is the mantra on their site bugged me:

I can honestly say that when I went to Europe earlier this summer, I tried to respect the languages and cultures to the best of my ability and was not harassed for being a non-native to those countries at all.

I'm all for this. It was a demonstration; plain and simple. They're motives may be skewed in some cases but it's 100% American to disagree with your government and then demonstrate in some fashion.
I don't think of this as a threat but rather a concequence of America's support in something (in this case the nation if Isreal).

I'm not 100% certain about this, but don't most pre-pay phones INCLUDE minutes when initially purchased? It's up to the consumer to purchase additional minutes once the initial minutes are used.
