Yea, I saw where the NAACP was condemning PETA for acting "prematurely" about Vick...They must have been able to recognize this from the fact that they acted prematurely agoinst Duke...

Might get some idea of why by reading a history book. Don't get me wrong, I think people who feel good about O.J. getting off are delusional and I think Mike Vick is a POS who deserves to go to jail if he's found guilty of this, but I bet they find a juror who will vote not guilty no matter what as some sort of racial statement, which is just as immoral as some redneck automatically voting guilty if the defendant is black.

Well, that is what the juror selection process is supposed to safeguard against...if a juror like that is left on the panel, I'd put the blame on the attorneys for not doing their jobs!
