Yeah, I heard Blind Melon is coming to Piere's? How are they possibly replacing Shannon Hoon?

with another lead singer with personal/drug issues... I read the interview somewhere... I'll post it if I can find it. His voice is amazing though.

On September 15, 2006, it was announced that Blind Melon has reunited with a new lead singer, Travis Warren of Rain Fur Rent. Further information is on Blind Melon's site and this article.

On Thursday, November 9, 2006, three new Blind Melon songs were released. The titles are: "Make a Difference", "For My Friends", and "Harmful Belly."

On Sunday, October 7, 2007, Blind Melon performed their first show in 12 years in Providence, Rhode Island.

On January 22, Billboard reported that the new album will be titled "For My Friends", with a release date of April 22nd, via Adrenaline Records. The first single off the record will be the song "Wishing Well", to be released on March 4, 2008. A U.S. tour in support of the album will begin February 28th.
