Why is it that Legends books 3 or more bands for a night?
I always wondered this.
Is it that many bands cant fill a full nights worth of music?
Not trying to be a ass, I really am curious on what their thinking is.

A couple reasons. Most bands don't have the set list to pull it off. When your tying to fill up 4 hours of time out of one band, that's asking a lot. Not just set-list wise, but also physically.
It also has to do with crowd. To be honest their are some bands in Ft. Wayne that could pull it off, but it's rare. Besides who wants to listen to the same band that long. It's better to change it up a little throughout the night, I think.
I do believe that some shows are a little overboard. There's only 2 reasons to book 6 or 7 bands in one night. If an extended amount of time is needed to be filled or if that's what it takes to get enough people to the show. (Your girlfriends that get in free and drink band beer don't count either.)
