The flowers *on* the bridge at Northside HS?

On the north side of the bridge in the State Street westbound lane at the Spy Run light?

I know there is a story there somewhere.

I makes me grin every time I cross the bridge and see the seasonal flowers all year long.

There's Poinsettias there now.
