No, unfortunately I have to work that night. But my band is playing the Battle of the Bands at Anchor on the 13th. And that's our CD release show. You should come check us out. A lot of people like our sound whether they like hardcore or not, because we have a definitely different sound. If you come, you should definitely say hi to me. I'll be wearing a red ZAO jersey.

Aslan's Volition. Some of the stuff that sets us apart besides some crazy cool guitar riffs are some different time signatures. We also have a drummer and a percussionist, so our rythyms are pretty cool. And we have a guy in the band who's 36 while the rest of us are late teens early 20's, and he brings a lot of maturity and experience to the band. You should come check us out and tell us what you think.

I don't think I even have to hear you to tell what I'd probably think and it probably wouldn't be good. Nothing personal, I'm just not into hardcore. But if you guys are unique that's always awesome.
