I have such a large catalog of songs that i would like to release a collection of them but I afford to publish and you cant afford to buy a 10 disc set of one local artist right?

So if i put out like a Disc of Mp3's would you purchase it?
It wouldnt be all of my tracks but a good amount

Check how much room the Mp3s and audio files would take. I would actually suggest making a mixed media CD rom with audio and Mp3 tracks. Put as many as your favorites as possible in CD audio format, then the rest in mp3 format.

Alternately, you could have a 2-disc set with an audio CD and a CD-rom full of mp3s.

Yeah not a bad idea I could probably fit my whole catalog on one cd but I have quite a few that would be omitted from poor quality and inxeperience from back in 97-98

The CD price would be bassed on cost to me, I usually don't try to make a huge profit off them.

I would say between the $10-20 range, but I put alot into the packaging so your not just buying the music.

That would kick ass, IMHO. I'm no audiophile, so complete kick ass sound quality isn't my main concern.

I've bought some CD's like that before. Basically they were MP3 compilations.
