He always does. People hate him but the guy is right on 99% of the time.

I was so pissed when Tony K left and Cowherd took over...I got over it and now it's my favorite of all the ESPNRadio shows.

The people that want to ban guns, I have one question for them,

Is a bar/ brewing company responsible for drunk driving?

Interesting info on April tendencies for murder/suicides in U.S. History

http://www.theoaklandpress.com/stories/ ... 1878.shtml

...plus these....

The Titanic sank on April 14, 1912; Abraham Lincoln was shot on April 14, 1865; and the San Francisco Earthquake hit April 14, 1912.

Hide the kids, bolt the doors,... it's April.

I find it very hard to believe he submitted that to a professor and nothing ever came of it.

You can also check out U-Tube and type in Richard McBeef. People have already started making dramatical readings and reenactments of his play.

Form what I heard (this may be wrong) the Prof. reported the writings but no one acted on it. I think every one is trying to cover their ass, avoiding the inevitable; who knew what , when?

Ok, I read through the play (the one the media is hyping the hell out of now) and here are my comments on the situation.

It's disturbing. Espically in the aftermath. Everyone now asks why no one took any action on it. Hindsight is twenty twenty.

However, (suspending any prior knowledge of the author) I didn't really see anything to be alarmed at from reading it.

Like I said, it is disturbing. I'm sure every script Quentin Tarentino has passed on to his higer ups could be read the same way. Or Robert Rodriguez. Or Clive Barker. Or a manuscript Stephen King turned in to his publisher.

I guess my point is (and I'm not going for censorship in anyway here so don't take it like that) is our society is filled with this.

Did someone call red flag when they read the script for the movie Natural Born Killers?

No

It is insane to blame a proffesor or a school for not "taking action" based on a fictional play that was turned into class.

The kid was messed up. He alone decided the actions he would take and it is unfair and wrong to blame other people for it or accusing them of being able to prevent it.

The Topeka, Kan.-based Westboro Baptist Church (WBC), which is not affiliated with any national Baptist organization, announced plans to protest at victims’ funerals only hours after 32 people were killed in the worst mass shooting in U.S. history. They also may protest at other events on the Virginia Tech campus.
Do we as a society hate these people yet? I am all about free speech and general freedoms, but these people are out of hand. I would give up even trade one thing from my 'freedoms' to make these people go away...where do I sign up to remove these people from the planet?
