I think you should go with Otis in its written form, but pronounce it Rufus.

Otis has been dubbed... "Otis".

He seems to like it.

Now that he's had a bath he's all fresh smelling and his whites are in fact, white.

No more amish barn dog.

FYI...

when he's big enough to hold up to rough play, we'll have to get him together w/ Harley - who's used to playing w/ 2 German Shepherds and can get a little rough for small dogs sometimes...
