Maybe on a high-energy night for them, I would enjoy it more. They just played way too many slow songs for my tastes. It was like Ricky Skaggs on heroin or something.

Friday night of Memorial Day weekend... Lot's of people traveling out of town. I know I was. Otherwise I would have been there.

the turn out was good... I was suprised by it.

I liked the Avett brothers... and enjoyed the show, but was a little disapointed by the selection of music they played. I was hoping for the more upbeat "punk-ish" style of bluegrass.

But in all it was a good night... glad to see something cool happen.

Awesome show. I for one was impressed.

Kids were totally welcome as well as the beer drinking kids. I appreciated the 'beer garden' and the show as a whole!

Looking forward to the next one!

This was a great show! Of course I love the Trainhoppers, but the Avett Bros were high energy, and I thought they came across really, really well! What a fun time in the old Fort that was!
