REPORTS have emerged from the UK that fallen pop star Britney Spears tried to hang herself with a bedsheet during rehab, after screaming that she was the "anti-christ".

She made the demonic cry after scrawling the devil's number "666" across her head.

Spears's manic behaviour has concerned relatives who once again fear for her safety, and has staff at the Promises Clinic in Malibu, California struggling to cope.

The former chart-topper's troubles have been revealed in Britain's News Of the World, which broke the exclusive story.

Within days of her suicidal behaviour, Spears - who was in and out of rehab before shaving her own head and later attacking a photographer's car with an umbrella - was begging estranged husband Kevin Federline not only for a reconciliation, but demanding she wanted to soon have another baby.

The ordeal began when she terrified staff by writing the number of the beast on her head and running around the clinic screaming, "I am the anti-christ!"

"The clinic people just didn't know what to do," a friend claimed.

The pop star then tried to hang herself with a bedsheet was but was found before she could hurt herself.

And this was published where? "Reports" coming from where? Rumors from the UK when she's staying in Malibu? Which "friend" claimed the clinic people "don't know what to do (A BS claim if I ever heard one)?" Scrawled the number on her forehead with what? Attached the bedsheet to what?

There's not one sentence in this "report" that stands on its own.

On the other hand, maybe she feels guilty for selling all those records without benefit of any sort of talent...

Because when people are given unlimited resources (money, free time, etc) in an isolated environment (stardom of any kind prodiuces this effect), they abuse alcohol and drugs. They're bored, and they can do anyting they want without anyone stopping them. So the less disciplined among them get crazy stupid high all the time.

It wasn't musical talent; however.

Her talent was in making young girls want to be her and all males over the age of 11 want to be in her. She sold albums purely on those two marketing characteristics. Honestly, with my affliction for white trash, the deeper in the hole she goes, the more I dig her. (pun intended)

She had the talent to be sold. Basically, she was a whore. . .is a whore. . .well, you know what I mean.
