So I was wondering if there was anywhere in town to catch some sweet electronic music being spun. Particularly Drum and Bass.
I'm new to town and I'm just trying to figure out what to do with my free time.
Drum and Bass music anywhere?

Talk to jewlee, she seems to have an ear for what is going on in the electronic scene.

I'm a bit out of the loop, but I think dNb is more prevalent in Indy & worth the drive if you're craving it. FW is more into techno..particulary detroit & minimal styles.
www.noizeboyz.net will have info on a monthly gig called "2nd Saturday" at O'Sullivan's (the second Sat. every month - duh) on West Main that features local dj's + rotating out-of-towners. If you go to this, you'll meet the core of electronic dj's & fans that actually go out in public.
Also, PremiseOne spins at Legends every Wed. from 10:30 - 3AM. He is a reformed dNb dj that does more breaks, downtempo, ragga, dancehall, etc. with the occasion dNb record here & there.
DJ Carnie & Epitaph are also local dNb dj's. Epitaph was doing a weekly at Kaysans, but not sure if it's still going on. Austintacious is another, but he hardly ever plays out. Anyhow, you can find them all on myspace.
All of those events are 21+ ... that's all that comes to mind right now.
