Lead Guitarist Needed

Hello, we are CAB Music Company, and we are in need of a lead guitarist. We have paying gigs already booked, and are looking for someone who is dedicated, and serious. Must be able to play with, and add to, original music, as well as, play covers. We are multi-genre in the rock, blues and country vein. Not really a variety band or a jam band, but influenced with.
The ideal person will be able to improvise, don't have to be drunk to play, don't mind switching off on leads and playing rythym on a few songs, (vocal harmonies would be a huge plus, as well as ability to sing a few!), able to practice or play out on most weekends with reliable equipment and transportation.
