experienced female vocalist seeking serious working band

I have recently moved back to my hometown (Fort Wayne) from Indianapolis. I have been a lead singer in cover bands since '99. I have covered such bands as Led Zep, Janis Joplin, Fleetwood Mac, U2, Fuel, Incubus, Lifehouse, Sheryl Crow, Melissa Etheridge, KT Tunstall, Death Cab for Cutie, Howie Day, Pearl Jam...to name a few. I also would be into original music as well. I sing with conviction and add to it with some percussion. (egg shakers, claves, tamborine, harmonica) I have played in such venues as Hard Rock Cafe' Chicago, Illinois; in Indianapolis at The Rathskellar, Birdy's, Rock Lobster, and many other bars, festivals, private parties, fund raisers, etc. I have also ran karaoke shows and entered several contests which, thankfully, resulted in my winning. I don't mean for that to sound cocky! Cocky people are one of my biggest pet peaves!
