Professional keyboard player needed ASAP!

Funk/Rock/Jazz Jam band needs a keyboard player yesterday. Mostly Rhodes, Wurly, B-3, and moog type sounds - no fake horns or strings, etc...

Meters, James Brown, Grateful Dead, Little Feat, Scofield, ... are all big influences on our sound - but with a more modern jam band feel. Think New Orleans meets Moe...

Pro/Semi-pro level players only need reply, must have pro-level equipment, vocals a plus - mostly BGV, but a few featured vocals too.

We want to be gigging within a month and we practice once a week, so you'll basically have 4-5 rehearsals. A lot of improvisation and making it up as we go with some set cues for changes.

We've been gigging sans keyboards and have had some guys who couldn't seem to follow through and show up for an audition. We need someone soon. Our next gig is November 2 and then November 16, so you'll be getting paid in less than a month if you learn quickly enough. Rehearse every Sunday afternoon and occasionally during the week. Plan on gigging 2-3 x's per month. PM or email me ASAP.
