I predict the commercials will be funny and there will be good munchies and good friends at our Super Bowl gathering.

Oh. . . and some athletic teams of some sort are gonna put on this game with a brown ball that kids like to play. . . .

That's a bold statement. The commercials, for the most part, have sucked over the past few years.

I'm predicting a NYG victory...17-14. It will be a defensive chess match, with low turnovers and a lot of punting...

Everyone will be uneasy through most of the game, as it won't be decided until the final whistle is blown. NYG RB Bradshaw (a rookie) will be named MVP.

NEW YORK (AP) - Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was photographed Monday with what appears to be walking cast on his right foot.

"Ah, you know, there's always bumps and bruises. I'll be ready for the Super Bowl," Brady said Monday during his weekly radio appearance on WEEI - before the photo and video emerged - when asked if his leg was injured. "I'm not worried about that. I'm not missing this one. I'd have to be on a stretcher to miss this one. There will be treatment this week. In games like this, you get a little nicked up. It's nothing serious."

Patriots spokesman Stacey James wrote in an e-mail to the AP late Monday night that the team had no comment on the photos.
Interesting...;)

I'm guessing it's a ploy.

I'm guessing (ploy or not) it won't matter.

Brady would go 35/36 with 7 TD's even if he had to have the damn thing amputated.

The only thing I feel competent to predict is that the Colts will not be playing in this years Super Bowl.

The heartbreak on the countless fairweather fans (who rushed out and bought the Wal Mart Super Bowl attire and wore it not stop) faces was priceless.

Now back to the real game I would like to see the Giants win just so the Pat's don't get the 4th ring. That is one ring away from greatness.

If Tom Brady's "injury" is a ploy, that's just bad karma. Hope he doesn't get a leg snapped. (I'm not being funny, I really don't want to see anyone get hurt)

On another note, I hope the Giants win just to make the whole talk about the "perfect season with flowers and unicorns" shut the fu.k up.

And who better to do it than little brother manning. It would be poetic in a sense.
