I can't maintain relationships
I can't get a high salary job
I can't frequently make eye contact
I can't wake up early enough

...but for some reason, I keep attempting all these things, because I can't stop.

The only thing I have mastered is mediocrity.

Good question. Not a short answer however. I am teaching privately (mostly sax and clarinet), working on recording and producing music, and to make ends meet I took a job bar-backing at a dance club called Sonotheque. I moved here in August. I've always loved Chicago and figured it was the right time to move considering how deeply unhappy I was in Ft. Wayne. I lacked inspiration, which fortunately Chicago has helped cure.

I'm really glad to hear you can't play the flute........As you & I, & everyone else knows.........Only girls play the flute.
