Did anyone notice the shark's tail fin? It had the same logo on is as Desmond had on the food-stuffs in the bunker...hmm....

Yep, saw that too. Anyone catch what that logo said? It looked like "Czerka" or "Cdervza" or something.. anyone got a still image?

I dunno. I think last night episode was only 'meh'.

I expect A LOT more from this show and they had better deliver. I realize every episode cannot be a home run, but c'mon guys at least give a swing at it.

I think it's weak to leave us with the same cliffhanger that they used last week.

Other that Sawyer and Micheal on the raft, this was just a fleshed out episode of last weeks events.

I give it a C+

Ya, Bums! Last night was great.

We found out what happened in the hatch to Locke, Jack and Kate. We found out the raft is messed, that Sawyer and Michael survived (well more Sawyer; he was shot...) that Jin didn't die in the explosion, and that he was in fact captured by 'others'. (the french lady may be crazy, but she doesn't seem to be lying about this one)

I agree it wasn't "edge of your seat" excitement, but it was a neccessary episode. It helped lay the transition from season 1 to season 2.

Desmond's uniform, panels within his work space, and his food containers carry a logo based on Bagua, with the name DHARMA.

So how long do you think Desmonds been in the bunker?

He couldn't have met Jack too long ago... but all the clothes, the computers and everything suggests he's been down there for over a decade.

Just look at the computers.. I'm sure that was "advanced" at the time of the creation of the bunker.

Also, that sorta explains the huge power cable that Siead found.

The electron-magnetic force in the walls of the bunker could be was "brings" planes to the island... by screwing up their radars and sh*t.

My guess is that he's been there only a few years (no more then 5).

I think that the hatch led to this underground bunker that has housed people for some time.

As 'items' needed replaced, they were. This explains the old computer but newer appliances.

The hash marks on the wall do not necessarily mean they were all Desmond, they could have been made by others.

I am beginning to get the feeling that perhaps the island was once an experiment that had gone wrong and abandoned by the government or perhaps a private business.

It would explain the logos on everything and why it appears people have been there.
