Does anyone have tips as far as directions, parking, etc?

Should I take collapsible chairs, a tarp, what?

And worth every penny!

ANYWAY...The Lawn at White River State Park is downtown, on the river, next to the Indiana Historical Society and the parking garage for that building and the Eiteljorg Museum. It can also be accessed from the Zoo parking lots with a relatively easy walk across the bridge over the (you guessed it) White River.

If you're on these boards, you should be able to check online for cooler and chair provisions. In my few shows there, not unlike Deer Creek, the policies vary depending on the show.

Good luck...enjoy the concert.

So, I went to a show at this venue last night. Although I have 2 tickets for every show, I have to show my I.D. in order to get them, which means I would have to go to Indy, which probably isn't going to happen.

Why so down on O.A.R.? I mean within the neo-jam genre they're certainly not my favorite act, but it's a far cry better than 99% of what I hear on the radio or any of the acts that typically come through Indiana.

no need to take your own chairs, the venue provides them FOR FREE.

this is a nice venue, small and intimate. And not hard at all to find.

From what I've been told, this (free chairs) isn't always the case.
