Giant Cupcakes Rock New Haven!

The 1947 California Cupcake Company will be playing this Friday, 7/14/06 9:30pm, at 469 Sports and Spirits in New Haven. If you've not yet had the chance to see us, come out and prepare to boogie. After our last show - at 3 Rivers on Saturday - there were reports of numerous socks lost in the audience, presumably these socks were altogether rocked off.

As are we - we haven't played some of the classic originals in a while. Friday should be fun, maybe you'll get to see a different side of the cupcakes. Can't wait.

Good news all - because this show is 21 and over, we've worked our set list to include more original music. There are some things we just can't play in front of an all ages crowd. We're very excited to bring this stuff to you, as we haven't had many chances to play this stuff in Fort Wayne yet. Three words - BEWARE THE WOOD - just ask Conley.

More good news for everybody - coming out of this show, the Cupcakes have been booked at 469 this time alongside Munger on August 18th. If they thought the Cupcakes were dirty, just wait till we combine with the the Dirty Folkin' Blues master. Should be an amazing show. Please come join us.
