I'm so old I bought their first album after walking into a Budget Tapes and Records (Whats and whats?) and hearing 'Eruption' followed by 'You Really Got Me.'

Great album. Wouldn't pay a dime to see this TVLand freak show.

I saw the Who, my first concert, in 1976.

All that movement and action and there, stage right, tilted slightly back, was Mr. Entwhistle, nearly moving. He was a sonic and visual anchor for the band.
