Play all the rudiments left hand lead instead of right hand lead.

Straight eighths are a pretty solid exercise to play if you are just looking to build strength and endurance. Pick up George Lawrence Stone's Stick Control book if you don't have it. It has a lot of really good exercises to work with.

Actually, I am ambidextrous...

But, in all seriousness one of your hands will always be stronger than the other.

You might as well just work them both.

Stick Control is a great book. Practice it with a metronome and it will build your time and technique together.

And yes, this is a great book.

It will be the best 10 bucks you ever spend.

Play all the rudiments left hand lead instead of right hand lead.
This was good advice, that's hard as hell... I'm sure it will get easier with time...
