That dude flat out FLOORED Simon...and had women in the audience in TEARS...holy FRICK...

especially coming into the video expecting one of the MISERABLE acts that Simon rips into...I was totally expecting the tape to skip because he was lip syncing...

I don't know what else to say there...WOW...

I tell you what, whether or not this dude wins, I think his life story even getting to that point would make an awesome movie. I mean, come on, a phone salesman that can do that and has wanted it all his life and finally achieves his goal? That whole clip was a total movie ending played out in real life.

I watched it probably 10 or 12 times and it hasn't gotten old yet...

Wow.....just wow...... He can turn in his resignation at the phone store tomorrow.

Did you see that judges look at him during the song? I thought she was going to hop over the table and jump on him right in the middle of the song....

I am stunned. Often times when music (especially vocal music) is just right, I get this tingle in the back of my skull and shivers and goosebumps. Within 3 notes, I was shaking with the sheer joy of this man's voice. I can't put into words how AMAZING that performance was and how emotionally evoking it was.

Could you imagine him walking back into work this week after that performance? I mean, how could you walk back into "business as usual" after that?

I cried as soon as I heard Aerosmith. They weren't tears of joy, either.

Regardless...the dude surprised me. When I read that he "floored" Simon, I watched the video because I thought he attacked Simon and punched him or something.

I saw this video last night. I was simply awestruck.

I watched the video twice and, to be honest, was nearly brought to tears both times I heard him sing. A completely amazing voice coming from a man that at first glance appears to be completely ordinary.

Here's his semi-final performance. The crowd was a little too loud during the quieter sections and I don't think they had him miked properly, but still really freakin' good.

I can't stop watching it....

This has made up for all of the 'reality TV' crap that has been going on for so many years...this man has made it ALL worth while...

Simon...he just can't find anything wrong with him...and for once isn't trying too...

Amazing...

I'll admit it...I cried. That was just beautiful. It's what music is all about!!
