Trolling around the forum...
I did eventually see the movie. The book was a lot more graphic and disturbing, but the movie did a pretty good job. I think the book had longer drawn out scenes in the hospital, which added a lot of uncomfort, but I think that was one of the strengths of the story.
Its a good movie and great book.
