Anyone else think this could be a real stinker?
I'm torn, I'd like to see it I just hope it's not bad.
And I'm sick of the advertisements on the myspace homepage of it.

Luckily, myspace is no more important to me than used toilet paper...

C'mon...every film doesn't have to/need to be a record breaker or socially conscious.
Sometimes I want goofy fun and these movies fit the bill nicely.
I'm in.

Agreed.
I'll give 'er a go! 40 Year Old Virgin was great...props to the writers for that alone.

Then you've never seen a truly bad movie.
Granted, it wasn't great but I still laughed occasionally.

True. I did laugh a little, but not as much as I laugh during most Will movies.

Who says every movie has to be "socially conscious?" I just want the writers to BE conscious.
I've only stopped watching or walked out on maybe 3 or four movies. "Talladega Nights" was one of them. It sucks out loud.

hehehehe
I never walked out.
I figure I would get my money's worth and stick it out.
In most cases (even the el-sucko films) I know enough going in that typically I can sit thru it.

Now why doesn't that surprise me...
If you don't like juvenile d*ck and fart jokes, why would you even go to a comedy these days?

Saw it over the weekend, it is way over the top and retarded but it is obviously done on purpose, which makes it sort of funny.
