Looking for a screamer and a drummer.

This Land Laid to Waste is currently looking for a screamer and a drummer. Drummer must be very versatile with the ability to change tempo during a song and change timing frequently. Going from a 3/4 beat to a 4/4 and then into a 13/8, just as an example. Also looking for a vocalist with a good solid scream, and great writing capabilities. Sorry no singing. Just agonizing, incomprehensible screams. Have several songs written and ready to record except for the lyrics, but I'm playing around with some ideas for that as we speak. The music style is metal. That's all I'm really going to say about the style because there are so many subcategories and "cores" that I really can't make sense of it any more.
