lead singer looking to join or start hard rock/ metal band
Hey what's up man, my name's Steve. I play drums with my dude Pete (Guitar) and Brendan (Bass). Pete and I have been jamming together for about 6 years, Brendan joined in 4 years ago. We have almost a whole cds worth of songs written. We've focused mainly on the sound of the song without vocals all these years, so now we're ready to add in the last key element.
We are looking for a singer who can sing with melodic sections of our song, and shred with the heavy parts. We are looking for someone who gets down on deep and thoughtful lyrics.
We have pretty much all the necessary equipment; 9 pc Tama/Mapex drum kit, Peavey 5150 Half Stack, a bad ass bass rig, 8 track digital recorder, and 2 PA 15" speakers for our singer.
Brendan and I are 21, Pete's 23 so playing bars won't be a problem. We have no name for this project, if you're down you can help us name it but that's up to you. Let me know if you want to jam sometime. Peace
