I practice up to 2 hours a day, everyday, and i can hold QUICK double bass beats, and some pretty ballsy fills.

Hey, I've been trying to get a metal band together for awhile now, without much luck. I'm 24 and been playing guitar for about 10 years. I've been writing and recording stuff on my own for awhile.
