Most recently, we've been working on a lot af wayne shorter. Nefertiti, fe fi, speak no evil, witch hunt, wildflower, and footprints. For this project i want funkier stuff. Jordu, bohemia after dark, Jive samba. I want a fusion drummer. Someone who makes it hype during solos, but can swing, and lay it down with a nasty hip hop feel. i think i might be on to something with this project. I am set to record a few tunes mid september, and would like to pursue some out of town work.

Sounds very interesting. I am a 40 something drummer who is looking for a new challenge. Have alot of experience playing mostly classic rock, with a variety of other styles sprinkled in along the way. Honestly, I don't have any jazz experience, but if you want a SOLID rhythmist(probably not an actual word) with no games, let me know. I'd love to give it a shot. Send me a message at: pjrntr@verizon.net
