my name's adam grant atherton, born 4/22/75. went to north side high, and graduated from homestead high.

born and raised in fort wayne, i've been an active member of the local music community since the late 80's. i've played in many bands about town, everything from hair metal to solo folk stuff.

i'm married to laura lea, known on here as traumaqueen. this is her last week on our trip to south florida:

and yes, i did marry up.

i have one daughter, dylan kelcey, who will be 10 years old next week.

she dosent show up in pictures.

i enjoy hunting deer and turkey with my dad:

as well as competitive shooting. i am this year trying to qualify for Team Glock in the GSSF (glock shooting sports federation) series, and if i make it, i will be competing in the IDPA (international defensive pistol association) circuit. i have been around shooting sports my whole life, and am an NRA registered pro marksman. i also teach firearms safety classes. if any of you have kids in elementary school, i'm available and i charge nothing, but the information is priceless. safety is first, always.

i taught laura to shoot last year:

and she's getting pretty good.

i enjoy watching football and baseball, and love to play golf. i also play a lot of poker, and i'm always looking for a game.

i also love to cook. i'd say my signature meal is slow-smoked ribs. some of you have had them- this year they'll be even better. ask josh:
