Why not to vote for Hillary

Post by scuzzbagcomics »

Hillary Clinton is a member of the Democratic Leadership Council.

"Critics contend that the DLC is effectively a powerful, corporate-financed mouthpiece within the Democratic party that acts to keep Democratic Party candidates and platforms sympathetic to corporate interests and the interests of the wealthiest one percent." Care of Wikipedia.

Two kids went trick or treating at Hillary's house last Halloween. One kid had just hit a couple houses, so his bag was almost empty. The other kid had been working the whole neighborhood, so his bag was full. The kids said, 'trick or treat!' Hillary looked at the situation, grabbed a couple handfuls of candy out of the kid's full bag, and put it in the other kid's near-empty bag. 'That should do it!' She said, and closed the door. . .

But you left the best part out...

After she did that, she bit off the kids faces and drank their blood from her jewel-encrusted goblet.

and to give it away, first they must confiscate it - or raise taxes - or as they prefer to call it, "repeal the Bush tax cuts"...

man this thread has seen way too much activity since i left my last comment late last night.

If you've ever seen a debate, it's obvious that obama is the more well-spoken of the candidates and most assured of his position. He's been against the war in iraq since day one. Hillary was a big supporter of the war along with the rest of the DLC. i dont trust hillary clinton for a second. she's an opportunist who doesn't stand by any ideals. women are going to vote for her just because she has a vagina too. but people are going to vote for obama if they have a brain.

Iowa is going to be the first state and Hillary has been falling in the polls there and it looks like Obama is going to win it in Iowa.

I wouldn't say Obama is a socialist. He's liberal. Social Security was invented by the American Socialist Party, then FDR stole the idea. But it's a mainstream concept that most Americans are in favor of. If they could make it work right.

Clinton is no socialist. I put her in the same group as John Kerry, ideal-less nobodies with no ethics only ambition and loyalty to the party. Obama is a ground shaker. He's gonna change things.

I actually agree with you - sort of. Obama is the only Dem candidate of the top 3 with an ounce of principal. I disagree with him on just about every position he takes, but I am 90% (considering he's a politician that's pretty high) certain that the positions he's taken are his real positions. Hillary's like Bill. She'll tell you exactly what she thinks you want to hear.

On the R side, I don't really like any of them. People seem to think Rudy's the most electable, but I think he'd get smoked in a general election. Conservatives will just stay home and anyone who leans left at all will vote for the Democrat anyway. Nobody who voted for Gore or Kerry will vote for Rudy, but lots of Bush voters will stay home.
