Questions on the photo are, who gave it to her for use, did it have a credit, and was a credit requested?
For most papers, the norm is that photos supplied by bands run as 'courtesy photo,' or uncredited. Its not a rule though, and a request for credit will most likely be honored, (although I can't speak for the Journal.)
It is a nice photo that represents the band well. Hopefully they'll benefit from the publicity.

Sorry, about the credit thing. She just took a picture off our website because we were under the gun to get the article done. Thanks for all teh love guys. One thing though.. There was a typos. Will Browns father was in the Bar-kays.
