I was trying ID what roads the rider was on...
I'm not familiar with the Fire Lane Only No Parking paint (01:32) on the roads...Some of those grates and potholes looked familiar, as did the brick sections at the beginning...just not placing it.

Yeah, I was leaning towards that at first, but the bricks weren't wide enough and I didn't think there was straw anywhere on the road. Plus, he would have been riding into traffic some of the time. It didn't appear he ever turned around 180 degrees based on the shadows...
I was then leaning towards somewhere on State Street, around ACME Bar, as I know there are some bricks in the road around there. I'm still not playing the Fire Lane area...
